Applies to customers in UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar.
Quick summary: Returns accepted within
14 days of delivery (7 days for discounted/clearance items). Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Start a return by emailing
omnara.official@gmail.com with your order number.
Eligibility
- Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (counting the day after receipt).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags/labels attached and in original packaging.
- Footwear must be tried on indoors only and returned in the original, undamaged box placed inside a shipping carton.
Not eligible
- Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and personalized/altered items.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
- Products showing wear, odors, makeup stains, or missing tags/packaging.
How to start a return
- Email omnara.official@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason (wrong size, changed mind, damaged, etc.)
- Clear photos if damaged/defective
- We’ll reply with the return approval and pickup/label instructions.
- Pack securely; include any accessories, tags and gifts-with-purchase.
Refunds & exchanges
- Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection.
- Store credit: available if you prefer to reorder quickly.
- Exchanges: subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
Fees
- Return shipping may be deducted unless the item is defective/incorrect.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Cross-border duties/taxes (if charged on return) are the customer’s responsibility unless we sent a wrong/defective item.
Damaged / wrong item
If you received a defective or incorrect product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.
